This village is situated twenty kilometers near Varna and its surroundings give the opportunity for delta planes and also for village tourism. Two kilometers far from the village there is a small airport. The building itself is situated in the centre of the village, between the house of municipality and the church.

The building is totally completed and has any necessary up-to-date facilities, giving convenience and comfort. The serving area is of 2500 square meters, and the total area of the house itself is of 319 square meters. The building has two bathrooms and WC on the first floor, and the same is the situation on the second floor.

Having insignificant reconstruction, the building may be used either as a hotel, or as a place for living of old people.

The land, serving the house may be separated into two independent units, according to the provisions of Bulgarian law, thus the building is possible to be sold either as a whole, or as two separate houses, divided on its vertical. It will depend only on the wishes of our future clients.

The company has a constructive permit and approved architectural plans for the reconstruction of the building. There is a “hotel” for post pigeons in the village
